Guidelines for Internships
- Students cannot use past internships for credit
- If students are planning to do an internship, let Academic Advisor Hunter know about it; Students must fill out an internship contract and identify faculty sponsors before the internship starts
- Student must have contract with all required signatures (faculty sponsor + supervisor) BEFORE sending it to academic advisor Hunter requesting a CRN
- All internship contracts must be submitted before the 10th day of instruction
- Internship units + written assignments will be discussed with faculty sponsors
- Students are responsible for enrolling in correct number of units on Schedule Builder
- Internships are not required to be off campus, but must be relevant to your intended career path
- Failure to submit a contract before the 10th day of instruction will result in no units for the current quarter for any internship completed, late adds for internships will NOT be allowed
