Interests: Food environments, Healthy retail, Food policy, Food and nutrition security, Commercial determinants, Climate change and sustainability

Dr. Reimold’s research interests focus on how the private sector creates food retail environments that ultimately impact human and planetary health. Her research explores how public health interventions can improve these environments and subsequent purchasing behaviors. As part of this work, Dr. Reimold highlights the need for equitable policy options, organizational programming, and community engagement.
